March entertainment rate @ Grosvenor, Calypso Cay, or Hotel Royal Plaza?

Information for March 2004 is not yet available. I was wondering if anyone was able to obtain an Entertainment rate at any of these hotels this past March?

Also, does anyone know when the new Entertainment books will be available?
