March E-Ticket still a secret?

Other than historical dates, are the March 2004 e-ticket nights still unannounced/not happening?

I called WDW Sunday and asked this very question. The very nice CM advised there was nothing in the system. I asked if this meant there were not going to be any in March and she said it just meant they weren't there at this time but they could add them later. At least it is a glimmer of hope.
