March 8 one-day trip - will we hit Spring Break?

I will be in Las Vegas for a conference for a week in March and am planning on a quick one-day Disneyland trip. March 8 is the only day I can do this. Will I end up with Spring Breakers everywhere? I'm going no matter what, but would like to know what to be prepared for. It seems a week or two early for Spring Break to me, but thought I'd check around.

From everything I've read this year it looks like you're in luck-most spring breaks don't start until mid March thru mid April.
We'll be there on march 8 too and I read in the Unofficial Guide that Thursdays are the least busy day of the week -lucky us!

I agree, I think you will just be making it under the wire. The following week is when things will start to get busy!!!

Yep! You're in luck! I'll be there the very next week (March 11-16) and that's when the park hours are extended and the crowds start coming! So I will have my RideMax plan ready to go and hakuna matata!
