Just booked this cruise after returning from a 5 night cruise on the Wonder. This will be our first time on one of the newer ships. I know all of the quiet places to hang out on the Wonder, I will now have a new place to explore.

Hey everyone- How are you all doing? Wow, can I say I am soooooo excited!!!! I finished my FE for our door. I loved how it came out. I even worked on a new bag (Cruise and Mickey themed of course) I have been watching other past Dream Cruisers you tube videos.

Julie- I was wondering did they do anything special for Marti Gras?

As far as Mardi Gras, no Disney didn't do anything. That was something I included on my comment card. We brought along our Mardi Gras "celebration". I have a pic of me on Castaway Cay with my beads on holding my Zapp's Cajun Mardi Gras chips. That evening is usually Pirate Night so we wore beads & others were handing them out.

Wow, you would think they would capitalize on the Marti Gras thing. Well, I know our group of 10 will be in full gear to PARTY like it's Marti Gras!

So I have seen different itineraries but ours is Castaway Cay on Tuesday and so that is Pirate night right? That will be cool!



I just got about 10 minutes ago something I ordered for our group. Do not want to say since I know they read this, but so excited!!!! They turned out great and at a even better price!!!!

Welcome to the group. This will be our first Disney cruise as well- so are just as excited as you and your family probably are. Marianne is in charge of the FE info and I am sure she will be updating soon. There are a ton of different sites including this DIS site that go over the FE as well as Disney Facebook pages that offer great ideas and free graphics to use with your FE gifts and or door magnets. I will warn you- Trip Reports (TR) are very addictive. But they are great to learn about things that are must dos!

Just booked, it is myself, Lorraine, DH Giles, and DS19 Ryan

Sadly I dont think we will be able to participate in the FE, we are doing B2B with the cruise before this and i dont think we will be able to carry it all from the UK, but will make that decision a bit nearer the time!

Have cruised once on the Wonder and 9 times on the Magic so looking forward to seeing the Dream!
