Good Morning my Friends and Cruisin' Buddies!

I'm Back - and hopefully I will keep my head up from here on out! Wow, Iknow I've been gone too long when there are new folks that I haven't met yet. HELLO TO EVERYONE I HAVEN'T MET YET!

Thanks to everyone for all of your prayers and happy thoughts. They have really truly helped and made me feel like I have the best support system around! You guys are all the very best!

Picked up Dustin from camp last night! Oh so good to see him. He has been working at a boy scout summer camp in Maryland as a CIT (counselor-in-training). He loved it and it kept him away from the chaos that is my life right now. Today he is at the jersey shore with his dad, and then home with me after work and we'll have dinner and a great evening. Tomorrow he really wants to sleep IN. Its been a lot of hard work but he was happy and that's all that matters! Now he'll be home for this week - and then he has to go back to the camp to help with "shut down" on Sunday and Monday - and then home for the rest of that week before the troop leaves for their High Adventure trip to Minnesota and Canada for canoeing! They leave on Aug 21 and come back on Sept 3. They are also going to go to SD and the Badlands and Mt. Rushmore! They are doing the Flag Retreat for the evening show the day they will be there - that is so cool!! I hope I get lots of pictures.

And to make things really fun, my friends are coming in from England!! Cathy is going to stay with me while Bruce goes on the canoeing adventure with the troop! I'm so excited about them coming.

So hopefully I will get to know everyone new and keep in touch with all of my friends from now on - keep pushing me along - I appreciate it (really!!).

Well, we drove for 40 min. and had to turn around....it got to raining so hard, I couldn't see the front of the car. Guess we'll have to plan another weekend. I guess the good news is, my mother really won't notice that we didn't get there today since every day is a new day for her and always full of surprises.

We are big food network fans here and I love Diners, Drive-ins and Dives!

This weekend is all about celebrating birthdays. Went to a surprise Friday night for a friend we met through DVC (he used to work for DVC at one time). Today we are off to celebrate Mark's Grandmother's 100th birthday!

Just thought I would check-in. I'm still around. We still have 10 more days until we can try to get reservations for our stay befor the cruise. We are going to try to get Boardwalk to be with Fred and Kathy, so Kathy keep your fingers crossed there is something left for us to reserve. If that doesn't pan out we will try Animal Kingdon lodge and 3rd choice is Old Key West.
So does anyone else think that Facebook has slowed down the Disboards? or is it just me not participating as much?

Keep me updated Ray. We'll switch to Animal Kingdom if you can't get into Boardwalk, if we have enough points. Really don't want to switch to Old Key West, though.

I've found the Board to be slow, thought it was my computer. Wouldn't have connected it with FB though.
