March 21st - What's going on that day? Blackout date?

Just curious why that day is a black-out for the Disney GAD, AP, etc? We'll arrive that night and will have 2 days between Monday, March 22 and Thursday March 24th to spend in the parks. Trying to decide on the two days to spend there. I am thinking to stay away from Monday the 22nd because obviously something is going on and they expect crowds Sunday the 21st.
