I'm planning our March 2021 trip and would love feedback on the following park days. A little bit of info that may be helpful - the trip will include myself, my husband, and our 8 and 9 year old boys. We are a go-go-go kind of family and the kids don't require naps or rest breaks. We are used to getting up early and like to be back to the hotel by 8p -- maybe 9/10p a few nights if it is worth it. I usually plan our days based on EMH or the Early Morning Fantasyland event, but those won't be offered in March. :( We will be staying at Caribbean Beach Resort. I currently have park reservations for all of these parks, but can modify. Our favorite rides are: 7DMT, BTMR, Splash, Space, Test Track, TOT, RNRC, SDD, EE, Safari, FOP, and we want to check out MMRR and ROTR.

3/18 Thursday - Travel day. Arrive at MCO at 1:30p. Epcot. Our thought is to grab dinner here and knock out Test Track
3/19 Friday - Magic Kingdom
3/20 Saturday - Animal Kingdom
3/21 Sunday - Epcot/Pool/ Maybe park hop??? We are considering a Park Hopper this year
3/22 Monday - Hollywood Studios
3/23 Tuesday - Magic Kingdom
3/24 - Wednesday - Animal Kingdom
3/25 - Thursday - Hollywood Studios
3/26 - Friday - Magic Kingdom/Travel Day (flight leaves MCO at 7:30p)

Thanks in advance for the help. I had this exact trip planned out in March 2020 and the parks closed two days before we were scheduled to leave. Unpacking our suitcases was so sad. :( Needless to say, the 2020 plan may not be our best plan for 2021!

We just got back from a thanksgiving trip with boys two boys 4 years older than yours . Epcot didn’t open till 11 am. ( not sure what it will be like in spring, we have often gone in April too). So we used that day to swim at hotel in the morning. I was worried about early nights with no fireworks , but if the park closed at 7 pm. We made dinner reservation for 7 or 7:30 and then headed back to resort. If you haven’t used the skyliner yet, you will love them from studios and Epcot. With light the Nemo and lion king shows we only did one day at animal kingdom and did 3 at magic instead to give time to wait in lines for rollercoasters without fastpasses. But I heard they are coming back. AK is a good one for weekends and your magic on Tuesday is good too.

Thanks! This is really helpful. It will be nice when they release the March hours so I can fine tune a bit. Our Disney planner said she has heard "whispers" about FP coming back after the first of the year. That would absolutely make our trip!!! I hope you all had a nice time over Thanksgiving.

I like your plan as is. If F&G is going on at Epcot, there's a chance food lines might be "longer" on a weekend - but given I also don't see capacity increasing by March - that may be a non-issue. If this was my trip - I'd waiting to see how park hopping works when it first rolls out as a option. If park hours stay relatively short - I'm personally not sure it's going to add much yet.

We are going on very similar dates! (March 18-24). From what I have researched, I think your plan looks great. I hope so much the FP is back by the time we go!

I didn't think about that, and you are so right. If park hours are short, park hopping could be a waste. I'm hoping the March hours come out soon. We make dining reservations in mid-January and it would really help to have a better idea of park hours, especially if we want to make a reservation around park closing.
