Hi all
My DD and I have to been to DLRP 5 times and are going to WDW this October but, I would really like to see the 15 years celebration in Paris next March b4 it finishes . To all of you that have already seen the celebrations can I have your candid opinions is it worth trying to squeeze this in b4 it finishes or shall I save my money and go instead in early Nov 2008 for beg of Xmas season ?

Thx

I would not miss the 15 years celebration this year!

I wouldn't miss it either.
They celebrate Christmas each year, but the 15h anniversary is only celebrated "once"

I am moving to Canada in November and was desperate to see the 15th anniversary, having been to DLP at Xmas twice before. I have finally managed to squeeze in a trip for September in the Cheyenne before leaving for Toronto.
I would say go for it!
So, Seq Lodge, hands down lol.
1. Value for money being a moderate resort.
2. Proximity to Disney Village and the Parks.
3. The theming and design is gorgeous.

Seq Lodge for me... We stayed in both last year and I must admit that SL seemed a lot friendlier. There's a nice playground, the pool is lovely and the interior much nicer:thumbsup2 .

We're going to Cheyenne in july, never been there so we'll see.

I think it will be Seq Lodge. Now we've always done Eurostar but wondering whether we will fly from Bristol or Exeter not v keen on CDG find it v confusing

From Bristol you would fly with Easyjet, and from Exeter it would be Flybe. Not sure about Flybe, but I definitely know that Easyjet use Terminal 3 at CDG which is an absolute doddle to navigate. Pick up the VEA shuttle just outside and it's very easy :goodvibes

Is the VEA shuttle the complimentry one, or is that something different altogether?

I read something somewhere about the Kyriad offering a complimentry airport shuttle, and I am not sure what this is, I meant to ask them during our stay there, but forgot :upsidedow

Bristol sounds good and we are only 40 mins from airport never flown on a DRLP holiday before always done Eurostar now is the time to get out of my comfort zone lol

No, the VEA costs 16 euros for an adult and 13 euros for a child, each way. Don't know anything about the Kyriad shuttle - but it would be a great perk if it was free!

Sounds like you've convinced yourself to go for the 15th celebrations! :goodvibes

We're the same, have always gone by Eurostar (it's such a lovely way to travel, isn't it) but I refused to be held to ransom by their extortinate fares October half-term week so we are also flying this time, from Southampton to CDG with Air France.

I've managed to find where I read it, was on the Eurostar web site under the Kyriad hotel details - here

Definitely says "Airport transportation (complimentary)" and I so wish I had remembered to ask them when I was there now
