I will write only about the highlights (good and bad).
Day 1--Epcot Chefs de France. Shared The French Menu with my sister. Ordered one extra French Onion Soup. Delicious. Plenty of Food. DD, Anna, age 5, enjoyed the yummy flounder on the children's menu.
Day 2--Epcot Princess Storybook lunch with Princesses. Yummy! A Must-Do if you have little girls. As a bonus, the child did not have to order from the children's menu, but could order anything from the adult menu for the children's menu price. DD was too excited to eat much more than fresh fruit from the appetizer buffet, so my sister and I had 3 adult entrees to share.
Day 3--Contemporary Hotel Chef Mickey breakfast buffet. We were at the MK at 7:00am when it opened, ate a light breakfast, and had this buffet at 11:25am as brunch. Very yummy. Lots of variety. Somewhat noisy.
Contemporary Hotel California Grill (9:30pm)DD had steak from the children's menu. Somewhat fatty, but ok. The waiter questioned why I was only ordering an appetizer (nice big salad with yummy toppings), and not an entree as well.
My sister ordered the scallops. 
Day 5--AKL Boma buffet breakfast. (10:35am) (No characters) This was the very best buffet in WDW!
The carved smoked turkey and ham were fabulous. Made to order omelets...fresh strawberries and pineapple. WOW. The restaurant was beautiful, too.
Day 6--Easter Sunday buffet Breakfast at Yacht Club Captain's Grill. We walked here from Epcot. A nice stroll. Very pretty area on the water. You must request a window seat when making your reservations. Good food. Ran out of bagels for the lox and bagels
Day 7-- MGM Hollywood and Vine Character Buffet Breakfast. Good. Much like all the others.
Day 8--MK Crystal Palace Character Breakfast buffet. VERY CONVENIENT! This place is extremely busy and you must make reservations ahead of time. In addition to all the same yummy stuff as the other buffets, this one has a sweet breakfast casserole that is to die for. Look for "Pooh's Breakfast Casserole. " The made to order omelets took a long time to get, because the restaurant was so busy. TIP--I always scout out the cereal bowls, and use them for my strawberries and pineapple. Bowls take up less space on a table crowded with dirty dishes.
Day 9-- Polynesian Hotel: Character Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. This was my least favorite buffet, simply because it was NOT a buffet. Served "family style" means you get one somewhat warm skillet of eggs, bacon, terrible potatoes, and all the mickey shaped waffles you can eat. You also get a fruit plate with an assortment of fruit that may not be ripe. The basket of bread served before the meal was OK but nothing to write home about.
Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian Hotel (9:00pm) I made this reservation because someone said it was a great place to view the MK fireworks. We sat at a table near the window, ordered soup(Seafood Bisque was too salty for my taste) and dessert (Warm chocolate lava cake was great). However, Tip--the wrap-around deck has bench seating right next to the windows. You may end up looking at the back of someone's head for the show. A bonus was seeing the Water Show (old fashioned, with music and some illuminated floats on boats in the water).
Day 10MK Crystal Palace Breakfast Buffet 9:20am. I wondered if I was crazy to make a second reservation for this restaurant, but I'm glad I did. The food was just soooooo good. We slept later than usual, got to MK just in time for our reservation, then did a little last minute shopping at the Emporium and pressed a few pennies at the penny press machines (something we had neglected to do for the whole trip).
I hope our experiences help to make your trip to WDW a good one.
We took advantage of the photopass. I even brought special outfits for DD, age 5 to wear. We will have pictures of her all over Epcot World Showcase in her Princess Dress (clearance rack after Christmas-- golden dress, with white Easter gloves) and Easter Dress that made her look like Alice in Wonderland. The photographer near the French Pavillion took atleast 10 photos of her, all around that immediate area. Just ask, and they will be happy to do it.
