Does your mom have a pandora/ chamilla bracelet? Chamilla (sp?) makes all kinds of Disney charms. The bracelet would cost about $50 and a charm about $30...maybe you could split it with your brother?

Great trip report. Can't wait to hear more of your upcoming trip. My DS & I ended up in the waterpark section of KI on Tuesday - it was around 4:00 when we finally made it over. It was sooo hot that day. The waterpark was pretty crowded. Do you remember what time you all made it over that day?

5 days to go!!!!! We're looking to move the 2nd week of July but we'll see what they say next week! The sooner, the better for me!

On Tues, we were at KI from 10:30am-4pm. It tends to get really busy in the middle of the afternoon instead of first thing in the morning! We went back on Thursday and just did the rides which was nice too!

She doesn't but she has a ton of jewelry. I have one and don't wear it all that often so for her it would be a waste. I'll probably pay for her mani/pedi on wed and get her some gift cards too.

TRIP SHOPPING AND LUGGAGE!!!!

HI DIS FRIENDS!!!

5 DAYS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I really started to get psyched for the trip!

Yesterday was pretty rocky though! My nanny kiddos were pretty rotten and it stormed so the outdoor activities were limited and a must needed naptime won over Dave and Busters. All that mixed with the fact that we were supposed to get paid from the now closed daycare and DIDN'T!! ..didn't make for a very good Friday! I did have dinner with 10 former teachers from the daycare which was a nice reunion and I had a much needed adult beverage at dinner so it was all good!

Today was pretty fun! My plan to sleep till 10am didn't happen and 8:30am was it! I got my hair cut for the trip and eye brows waxed too! My mom and I stopped at Half Price Books to sell my Praxis books. I only got $8 but otherwise they would have sat and collected dust in the basement so I'll save the $8 for the trip!

After lunch at LaRosas (local pizza/pasta joint), we then hit Target's Travel Section. My goal was to spend no more than $20 which I did but I also bought goodies for the kids to do Mon-Wed this week so it put me at $24 but still pretty good!

I also got a gift bag for my Dad's Father's Day gifts (ITunes App gift card and Amazon Kindle Gift Card). Now his is all packed and ready for the trip!

After Target, we hit Sally's. Mom saw at the hair salon a travel bottle of shampoo that helps your hair with chlorine so we went to Sallys and got a big shampoo and conditioner for the price of the travel bottle at the salon. They had leave-in conditioner on sale too!

We couldn't find any travel detergent so we made a detour to Walmart but they didn't have any either..epic fail!!!

When we got home, I began to organize my Disney Box a little bit and remembered I had to grab my refillable mug....yes we are those people that will reuse the mug but only the "current" one that they sell so we do buy new ones as they change them:

They also sell the same mug at Vero Beach which is good b/c we don't have to rebuy a mug but bad because I'd like a resort specific mug from Vero Beach..oh well!!

Next was the toiletry bag/make-up bag:

I have to say this again..I got the toiletry bag on disney.com and it has held up so well over the past several years. They haven't sold it in a while but it's a shame because it has been such a great purchase!! My blue luggage on the other hand..I'll get to that later!!

My jewelry bag (of course VB):

My mini purse (VB go figure!) and "pool bag" (also VB) but I don't think I'm going to take the pool bag. Since they don't have towel bins at Vero Beach, you have to either use the one towel you are given and keep switching it out or bring your own which is what we're doing so I'll probably need my bigger WDW pool tote bag which is being used for my pool bag for Kings Island Boomerang Bay.

My backpack which I'll take to Universal or might keep it at home and just use my mini VB hipster:

LUGGAGE:

My mini suitcase which I'll take to Vero Beach since we'll have limited space in the car:

My big suitcase which my clothes will be in:

This suitcase is the one I had to buy in Orlando in 2010 because my big blue one from my Disney set had been destroyed by either DME or Airtran and I was left with a dangling wheel and it was unusable so thanks to Walmart in Lake Buena Vista, the new blue American Torister set came home with me. My mom also owns the same suitcase set! So the toiletry bag from disneystore.com was good..the luggage, not so good! We'll see how the mini blue one holds up!



The Disney Flick of the weekend:

I got the boxed set on amazon.com and they are the shows that they often show on the Travel Channel. They are slightly dated now but still good to have in a collection!


The next few days are going to be pretty crazy/insane!

Sunday: Buying Mom's birthday gifts (gift cards and I'm paying for her Mani/Pedi on Wed) and we might go to Kings Island to ride the big kid rides!
Monday: Nanny job..taking the kids to ride rides at Kings Island and getting DS3's hair cut + It's my parent's 30th Wedding Anniversary so they are going out to eat and I'll be at home with the dogs
Tues: **Was told we will be getting paid this day.. Taking the kids to the water park at Kings Island for the day and doing laundry when I get home.
Wed: Taking the kids to Story Time, lunch, and Dave and Busters (They are leaving for Hilton Head that night). Mom and I are going to mani/pedis and we'll do Pizza for dinner. I'll finish laundry and begin packing everything but my shirts/dresses
Thurs: Pack shirts/dresses, charge electronics, we'll take the dogs to the vet/kennel, and get ready to leave for Columbus, OH airport (2 hours away) at 1pm for our 5:10pm flight!

That's it for now! I'm slowly starting to gather clothes to hang and pack on Thursday morning but it's hard with being with the kids and having to wear some of the clothes that I will need to pack!

I hope so too! The owner said it was Paychex's fault and the lady was on vacation but that we would be paid on Tues. We're thinking it was the owners fault for not submitting it on Wed and she's saying that to cover her behind but we'll never know and I really could careless..I just want to be paid

MARCH TRIP RECAP...

HAPPY TUESDAY DIS FRIENDS!!!

Once again, the weekend and busy week have taken over but I finally found time to sit down, upload the rest of the March pictures, and now I can finish the report!!

As far as what I bought..

It was pretty much the only trip that I didn't spend an arm and a leg + be left with Disney Visa Debt by the end!

I got notepads and taffy for my two bosses and sub teacher:

I had 3 friends with birthdays in March/April so two of age got the shot glasses and the other got the travel mug:

I got these for my kids at school..

Now...

For myself:

Drawstring backpack (cute but the quality is horrible compared to my one last year)

Monorail Keychain and photo album:

Tshirt 1 (I'm currently wearing it!)

Tshirt 2 (I'll wear this on Thursday!)

Pretzels and 100 calorie packs:

THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!

We'll see how this trip stacks up because of Universal and Vero Beach!!!
Although, If I NEVER GET PAID FROM THE DAYCARE CENTER, I WON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO SPEND...
...yes we're still fighting the paychecks that we were supposed to get on Friday.


As far as the March trip goes, it was for sure one of my favorites. I love my dad but he kind of pressures us to have a "schedule" even though we go so often so it was nice going with the flow for once

All of our meals were great.
Favorite meal: Le Cellier
Favorite CS meal: Columbia Harbour House

I loved the Island Braids at GF and all of my birthday surprises too!

It will be hard to top next year!!!
