We just booked our 5 night Wester Caribbean cruise for March 11, 2013 on the Wonder. Anyone else going?
:cheer2:

We just got back from our seven night MR on the Wonder and are looking forward to cruising in warmer waters. We had a great group of people we met and participated in the Fish Extender. The FE made the kids trip with getting small gifts daily.

I convinced DH to book the cruise for all 7 of us!! So excited, we've never cruised anywhere before and a Disney Cruise is one of my dream vacations!!

So, anyone else on this Western Caribbean Cruise??

I'm driving my DH crazy too! He is not the Disney enthusiast that I am, so he told me he'll get excited when we're closer to going, until then I'll be on here to share my excitement!

Not sure how we'll tell the kids, I mentioned it to my DD to see if it's something she's prefer to do (over WDW), she almost exploded!

So maybe we'll surprise them at some point with the announcement that we're going.

Anyone know the deal with the FE? How does that happen, get organized?

I forgot to mention that our last cruise was also on the Wonder so if you have any questions ask away.

The FE's are a blast; usually someone from the group organizes it - if you would like I would be willing to do that. :yay:

I might have lots of questions!! We've never cruised and it's all new to me!

As for the FE, that would be great!! My kids would love it!

Is there a DisMeet thread for this cruise already? I couldn't find one?

We'll be there!! Yay!!!:cool1:

We've never cruised before and I'm SO EXCITED!!

Would love to do FE's. I know there's another dis'er out there who is interested as well!

.

time to introduce the crew:
DH (Jeff) as much of a disney fan as myself, Myself (susan and DW), DD (Kate 6) and DS (Keith 5) age right now at cruising time they will be 7 and 6. This will be our second Disney cruise and both are on the Wonder.

As Jeff stated in his first post we loved the doing FE's and plan on doing them again next year.

If you have any questions about the wonder we will both do our best to answer them. I don't know what to expect for a 5 night cruise but it will be a blast that I know.

Okay, I'll introduce too!!

There's me and DH! And our kids are 12, 9, 9, 7 (all girls) and DS who is 4. They will all be a year older when we cruise (so 13, 10, 10, 8 and 5). We are a blended family, a little bit of yours mine and ours, but we do it really well! The kids adore each other.

We have been to WDW several times, and it's always been my dream to get on a Disney cruise, so I'm so excited I could burst! So excited about FE's!

Also, did you guys do Palo last time?

What about the kids, do they like the kids clubs? What are they like?

I loved the FE's already thinking of ideas for next March (jeff thinks I am a little crazy). Also, did you guys do Palo last time?
We had reservations to do both a brunch and dinner but we didn't make it to either one. Jeff got a horrible cold thingy and just didn't feel like eating. I was pretty bummed but didn't want to eat alone.

What about the kids, do they like the kids clubs? What are they like?]OMG they loved the kids club and lab your age will like the lab there were days that I would drop them off right after breakfast and not see them until 2:00 or 3:00. Many fun and different things for them to do, the one that Kate still talks about is the girls night. They seperate the girls and boys and they do their own thing. According to Kate it is like a teenage sleepover (since she is only 6 going on 7 she has no idea what a teenage sleepover is all about):dance3: Keith's favorite thing (age just 5) was the indoor play area (like a mcdonalds) and the computers. At his age it is pretty easy to please as long as he can run around and play on the computer. I loved them never left bad about leaving the kids there and doing my own thing.[/QUOTE

downloading pics from this past cruise (2012) and getting excited for next year.:cool1:

sorry about the size (next step to figure out)

Happy Easter. I am so excited a couple of weeks ago Jeff and I extended an invitation to my parents to join us and they told us today that they would love to time to start planning for 6 instead of 4.:cool1:

Hope you had a great Easter!

That's great news that your parents are joining you guys! Do you have cabin assignments already? I'm hoping to pay for an upgrade at the port if possible.

Love the picture by the way!!
