Our final day in the world
Breakfast at Spoodles -- mom and I split an Italian - Two poached eggs on top of rye toast rounds with sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions, parmesan cheese, and diced potatoes. Each egg was on a seperate toast round so splitting was very easy. This selection was good, the spices were not as strong as I would have liked though. Coffee here was also good
A late morning snack at the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China at Epcot of an eggroll, satisfied a craving for chinese without being too greasy. These eggrolls were not huge though
We had a late PS at LeCellier to carry us through the flights home. I was anxious to try the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup - smoked bacon and Moosehead beer - that I read so much about on the boards. It was very rich and creamy and delish! I don't know why I had in my head it was served in a pretzel bread bowl, but quickly figured it was the pretzel breadsticks -- oh my those are very good! I ordered a Le Cellier Grilled Steak Burger - topped with Blue Cheese and sauteed mushrooms, potato salad and split a Niagara smoothie. Their potato salad was not at all what I expected, it was big chunks of seasoned hot baked potatoes and garlic cloves. It was good, the burger was excellent. Another side note is that it was served on a what looked more like a toasted English muffin in place of a bun.
