Marathon Map

marathon map

I had downloaded the map last year and than decided not to go. I am planning on going in Jan 05 but the route map is not up yet. Does anyone have an old like or a pdf than can email me. I am looking for inspiration and want to hang it on my wall.

That's the map alright! But what the map can't show you is the energy and excitement that you'll feel along the entire course. DH and I did the 1/2 last January and if you want inspiration......just imagine running thru the World Showcase....it's the cool pre-dawn, it's still dark out, all the countries buildings are lit up with the little white lights, the "ball" from Illuminations is out on the lake, rotating with pictures of runners on it....there are NO crowds.....just a steady flow of marathon participants moving down the walks.....it was absolutely incredible!

Thanks for the map and the inspiration. As someone who is very out of shape (not to mention overweight), I have made this my goal for January. I have decided on the full as the half is too short for my mindset, I'll end up not training.

Can't wait to be there and actually cross the finish line.
