To be "official", do you have to stay in the DIS CON hotels, or would DVC do?

dianeschlicht you do not have to stay at the Dolphin. The $225 is the convention price. we are staying at VWL and BCV during DISCON II. I have read others are staying all over property. There is also a thread on the DISCON Board about pass prices to full DISCON folks and they are great prices too.

I for one would love to see more. If you just can not do DISCON but are there, check out the DISCon board for the mini meets. Join in some of the fun. Beth and I are going to be at WDW Dec 1 - 9. There are going to some mini meets listed and maybe some anybody going here today,, we are want to do some or more with us kind.

Our Jan. trip is falling apart, and I considered trying to get a new one planned for DIS CON, but I would have to go on the DVC waitlist, and decided it wasn't enough of a sure thing to take that risk. Maybe next year! I need to know 11 months out though!
