many food delivery options near disneyland? doesnt seem so

hi friends,

My parents and family (from england) will be going to disneyland (anaheim) for the first time in a few weeks. They are excited. However, my mother suffers from a stomach illness and she has to be really careful about what she eats. she will also be in a wheelchair so we cant walk around to find something to eat.

I was wondering if there are many food delivery services (not pizza) to hotels so my mom can get the specific food she needs. My guess is no because all i see around there are lots of people walking around but only a few pizza delivery cars driving by (i live in so cal).

I think the reason you only see pizza delivery cars is because most non-pizza places don't have designated delivery cars. A lot of places deliver through Postmates or similar services using regular cars.

Looks like DoorDash operates there, that might be a good option.

ETA: Looks like Uber Eats also operates in the area.

You can also have groceries delivered brought From VONS grocery.

There is a Panera across the street that you can order online and pick up from.

The hotel which they are staying in (assuming this is the case) has a monthly magazine which is normally available in all rooms, with spare copies in the foyer entrance, alongside leaflets for potential trips which give plenty of options for takeaway food to be delivered. Sure, most of the offers are for pizza - but these same outlets will also make other meals available for delivery too.

When you place the call to a food outlet, do inform them of which allergies your mother has, they will usually go above and beyond to ensure something is made which can then be eaten by the affected person. Speak to them by phone rather than doing it online - that way the order can be customised to your satisfaction.
