Lovely start, Mandy, and some brilliant photos. What a lovely idea to only do the things you really want and spend time soaking up the atmosphere. I keep wanting to do that but I suffer terribly with Disney guilt! I would really love to see the Osborne lights.

Becky got it from a shop called Blue Banana. It's a Goth/Emo type of shop and I've just checked, there is one in Exeter

What is the Chinese restaurant called in the Trafford Centre? We usually travel from Manchester so I was thinking we could try it. Is the Trafford Centre open till late?

It was nice the parks were quiet, I loved all the Christmas decorations when we went in December for the first time and especially loved the Osbourne Lights. The Lights are fantastic but the whole place had such a good atmosphere too.
