Manchester Hotels

Please can anyone help me, we're going to fly from Manchester to Orlando in December, and just to make it more relaxing, my partner thought we should find the price of an overnight stay near the Airport.Our problem is we don't fit into a normal family room (two adults,four children).For one night we're being quoted upwards of two hundred pounds.

I don't know who you've tried already, but Holiday Extras are usually pretty good with their prices.

As there are 6 of you I guess your best bet is to call them up to see if they can arrange for you all to be in the one room.

I've had to call them on many an occasion and I've always found them incredibly helpful and polite.

It depends how close to the airport you want to be the hotels right nearby are unfortunately expensive especially with six people as you will need two rooms.

Just a few miles away there is a Travel Inn and two Premier Lodges North Airport and a bit futher away South Airport. Your could also look at other hotels and B&B on the AA website

The Britania hotel in Manchester town center does have suites that will sleep 5 , if one of your kids is under 3 you may be able to work something there. Granted you're going to need a cab to the airport, but that might be cheaper than an extra hotel room for the night. They were quoting £67 for the suite for one night in August through Expedia. I couldn't find anything else that came close to your requirements.

we've booked a hotel at Manchester for the night before we fly & 15 days parking, in August.

There are 6 of us going & because 1 of those is DS girlfriend we have booked 2 rooms. If it was just the 5 of us we'd have used 1 room.

In August it's cost us £156 which is for a quad room & a twin I think. Its the Manchester Bewley hotel. It's near the airport & price includes shuttle to airport.

We booked by telephone with holiday extras, their website shows the hotel but can't cope with a family booking

Thanks everyone,as I was looking I asked my local travel agent to try,they've come up with £89.50,all six of us in two rooms.It's at the Bewley.Booked it straight away!
