Managing dinner reservations for a group

Hello, I am planning my birthday celebration for the last week of July 2019. A small group of 6-8 has morphed into about 20 friends/family!

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle dining reservations for this many?

I found this helpful I just had to book for 13

I chose to book the maximum number I could when online opened up and then called when phone lines opened up to book the rest at a time close to the first one. I am sure there is an easier way, but this was successful for me.
