Management for Magic Villas

Anyone know the name of the management company for the Magic Villas (themagicorlandorental.com)? I can't find it anywhere on my contract or on their website.

I googled and found this advertisement, http://www.villa4vacation.com/vacation-rental/Windsor-Hills-5-Resort/441233.aspx, and says owner is Rita Smith, 407-412-9391. Went to website you mention, clicked on Flip Key, and sounds like she manages her own 7 properties??? No management company mentioned. Is it possible the owner lives in Florida, as that is an Orlando number, and takes care of own properties?

This paragraph, on their website, indicates it is a family run business, as well:

"Our family maintains and manages our vacation homes. Guests have the assurance of security at the gated Windsor Hills Resort along with on-site personnel available to facilitate additional assistance and services in order to further enhance your stay. Our on-site personnel can respond within minutes to your needs."

Rita is the rental agent for all the properties. She does not own them.
