At WDW yesterday! We dropped our DD off at Animal Kingdom after picking up our nephew at All Star Resorts. They spent the day together at AK. We elected not to do the park, as it's so expensive for one day ($55) and we've been there many times before.
But also, we didn't stay because it was almost 100 DEGREES in the shade! Boy, was it ever HOT. We spent some time doing the outlets near Lake Buena Vista, but even there, I kept wanting to stay in the stores or the car cause of the heat!
Went to Planet Hollywood for dinner. We made priority seating reservations for 5:45PM, but there was absolutely NO LINE whatsoever when we got there.
However, when we were leaving at about 7PM, there were LOTS of people waiting.
Still having our daily thunderstorms in the late afternoon. VAL
