Man guilty of groping Minnie Mouse at Disney

so why have a character attendant if they aren't going to attend the character?? why call it a character attendant if they aren't going to attend the characters???

i still think the lady is full crap.

If the attendant was walking the line and talking to guests, than he/she were doing their job. I was a character attendant (we were called greeters at the time though) and if someone was doing something to the character or they needed to get my attention (if I was assisting another guest at the time), they would usually stomp their foot. Then I would knew that either something was wrong or they needed something like a pen.

As far as Minnie's friend is concerned, a good friend of mine knows this woman. This did happen. Trust me, characters being assaulted happens all of the time - this time, Minnie fought back and I give her a lot of credit for doing so.

If you watch the video of the news story, they do show pictures that clearly showed the man having his hands where it shouldn't of been, and you could definately tell that Minnie was trying to push his hands away. I feel bad for the Cast Member, or any Cast Member, that has gone through this....it is so shameful and gross.
