Mama Melrose's app still included if you book Fantasmic Dinner Pkg on DDP?

I recently heard that the app was included as part of the Fantasmic Dining Package even if you use the DDP

Then I heard they are no longer including the app.

Anyone? what's the latest?

I used this recently and did get the appetizer, however the dessert was not ordered from the menu but rather a platter of bite sized desserts for the group to share, and most of them weren't very good.

Is this still true? I was looking on the Disney site and all ears today and both say entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic drink (didn't say appetizer). Wondering if it's been changed?

I think it's been saying that for a long time.... I believe that app is still included

It's been saying that on the Disney site for quite a while so there have been many posters asking if someone has been there recently and the responses have been consistent that the app is still included.
