Mama Melrose steak?

Does anyone know what kind of steak it is? Have you had it?

I'm not sure of the cut of beef. It's tasty, but they ovecooked mine and it was a little on the dry side.

Steak at Mama Melrose? They have a hard enough time cooking actual Italian food -- don't push them too far.

I had the steak, and mine wasn't over cooked, I ordered medium rare, and that's what I got. I have a picture I'll post.

Here you go! It was a very big steak, and I only ate a little more then half of it, but this was with the Fantasmic package, so I had already eaten a bunch of salad and flatbread.
