Mama Melrose problem in October

Just had an email to contact guest services urgently regarding my Oct 6 mama Melrose reservation.
Tried to call on the number given but after being on hold for 5 mins I was put through to a voice mail grrrr

Anyone know what's up. Is the restaurant closing?
