Mama, Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up With Names Like These!

When i was young, my pediatrician was Dr. Payne.
Made me look forward to Dr visits... lol

My mom and dad went to school with a Harry Whole (not sure of spelling but know that was the name!) *gasp!!*

In our area, there's a guy charged with murder who's name is Omnipotent.

I know someone named Payne, first name.

Gotta wonder if they realize they are actually naming adults, not children. Those kids have to live most of their lives with those names as adults.

My X DIL's name was Autumn Day. Her mom thought it was "so cute". DS had a classmate named Sunny Summers.

BibbidiBobbidiBOO, I know a SPIDER WEBB also. He's originally from my area and is a famous artist.

My grandmother's doctor at Duke University Hosp. was Dr. PETER COTTON (tail!). Too bad he didn't work peds.....kids could have have a blast with that name! Well, we adults had fun with it, too!

:sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

It always bothered me when parents name both of their children (boy and girl) after the father. Like Daddy-Brian, Son-Brian Jr., Daughter-Brianna. It's like a statement to the world that those children are really his! (or a statement to the daddy). I don't know if I'd carry a kid for 9 months, deliver him/her, breastfeed for months, and then make sure that their names are almost exactly like daddy's! (I thought that that's why most of the time they got daddy's last name

I know a little girl named Mecca Luv.

I haven't read all the posts, but working at an elementary school for the last 19 years I've come across some unusual names - the one that I like best is Thelastone (the last one) get it?! :D

LOL!! I was saying "Thella Stone" so I did not get it at first!

I went to school with a James James.

Not long ago in NJ, there was a missing girl named Allegra. I kept thinking of allergy medicine!

There was a Dr. Strange on staff where I work for awhile !

Montel once had a guest whose name was Wartime.

I know a woman named Michael. So of course people are always expecting her to be a male when they call her or meet her.

With all these Disney fans around, I am surprised those nobody named Disney, Yensid, Epcot, etc

My nephew's middle name is Octavius.

He ws born on 8/8/88 at 8 p.m.....not induced either!

He has a normal first name.:D

I knew these sisters when I was high school, named Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise. I kid you not! A few others:

Washington Dee Sy (pronounced D.C.)
Harry Yap (as in, you better get moving!)

One time, at the Magic Kingdom, just near the Dumbo ride, I thought at first that I had heard a mother refer to her daughter as" Latrine" and on the card attached to the WDW stroller was the name "LaTreen" so I didn't hear it incorrectly. Not the exact name I 'd like my daughter growing up with. Unless her family was in the bath room contruction business.
