Hi everyone,
I have a ton of candy molds and would like to make some homemade treats for the holidays. My question is what type of chocolate do you use (I have been using Merckens)? I remember from when I was young this really creamy wonderful chocolate that my friends mom used to make her lollipops and I have never found that same creaminess/flavor in any of the chocolates that I have tried. I have tried Merckens (which is the best so far), Nestle, Wilton. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jenny

Use the best you can find that suits your palate (i.e. don't buy 70% cocoa solids plain choc if you don't like it!!). I use Cadbury's Dairy Milk but I know what you get over there is not the same as what we get with the same name on;)
