Making your ADR's online?

Are there particular times that it is open and available to do online? I remember when I called a few times they gave me their hours but I wasn't sure if it applied to online as well? I'm just trying to snag a last minute ressie for Chef Mickey's and Garden Grill and just wondering if there is a better time to try or if it's luck of the draw.

Online ADRs can be made starting at 3 AM Eastern time. I was able to successfully make ADRs at this time of day (or night), but others have reported problems, which may be issues with the website. But it is possible to do online ADRs at 3 AM - I'm living proof. If you want to call 407-WDW-DINE, the lines open at 7 AM Eastern. If you can call right at 7, you'll have little or no hold time.
