any suggestions to tweeking it?

I would say your Crystal Palace "lunch/dinner" is a bit early. Knowing you want to be done with the meal before the parade is good, but you will be WAY done, not to mention if you plan on staying for EMH that will be a long night. I am sure someone will need a snack or something bigger later in the night.

You may want to shoot for 5 or so, even 4:45 wouldn't be to early.

how late is late for the ressies.....if we get there at 4 will they have given our spots away? i do plan on periodically looking for a later time...but the choices were 340 and 720.......

Yes if you get there that late you won't be seated. You will be counted as a no show.

CP is a popular restaurant, you NEED to be on time or you may be canceled.

Policy is they can hold your ressie for upto 15 mins after adr time....but they don't have to. If there are walk ups waiting they can cancel you right at your time if you aren't checked in.

So since you only have the 2 options maybe keep the one you have, but plan on a late night snack before the park closes.
