Making rope drop

Mid June will be our first "all bus" trip. We are staying at pop....what time should we get to the bus stop to make rope drop for each of the parks?

We are going to DW mid June without a rental car for the first time too. We have never been to Disney during the month of June and I am a little concerned about using the busses due to it being a more crowded time of year.

I was wondering the same thing about arrival time at the busses in order to make rope drop. Do you have to get there earlier because there are more people in June?

Depends on where you are coming from and what time you actually want to be there for rope drop. Some people want to be there right up front...so they need to leave the resort more than an hour prior to park opening! Maybe even 90 mins. Or, if you're staying at AKL and you want to be at rope drop for MK? The ride takes longer than if you're at, say, BW.
I would say to be out at the bus stop at least 45 mins before rope drop. If you wait until 30 mins prior, you'll have a lot of company on that bus!!

We like being "right up front" for rope drop and typically are at the bus stop 60-70 minutes before the designated park opens.

We have a lot of Pop experience.

We always try to go the morning emh park first in order to beat some of the heat. We then return to the resort in the afternoon and relax.......often returning to a different park for part of the evening.

What about boat transportation? Say FW campground to MK?
