making ressie for kidani village - how should I proceed

I would like to make a kidani village ressie (2br) for Easter weekend 2010 and I will be able to do so next week (11 mos). Question: Should I make my request thru the DVC website (which is what I usually do) or should I expect a lot of demand and therefore I'd be better off calling day by day, 1st thing in the morning?

You don't have to call day by day, you can call 11 months from check in date and book up to 7 nights at a time. I would call, even though I don't think there's going to be such a high demand that you'll be blocked out at 11 months from booking a 2 bedroom at Kidani. Do you want a dedicated? Savannah view?

Whatever you do I just can't imagine that you'll have a problem.

Thanks Bobbi - I do want a Savannah View and I don't think I realized that I could make 7 nights res. right away. Is that tru of the 7 mo window as well? Has it always been that way?

This is a newish policy. You can book not from the check out date, but from the check in date and for 7 nights, and that's true for 11 and 7 months.
