Making Reservations

How many days before our trip can we make reservations?

500 days is the supposed rule, but for some reason the Disney reservations site today says this

Walt Disney World® Resort reservations are currently only available for check-in dates up to and including December 31, 2009.

You can make reservations 499 days in advance of your departure date, but only via phone... the online system has different limits.

That is what I thought, 499 days from the day I would plan to leave disney. Thanks

Walt Disney World® Resort reservations are currently only available for check-in dates up to and including December 31, 2009.

On line you can only make reservations for time periods that the rates have been set for. As of today, rates are only valid through 12/31/09. Once the 2010 rates are released the on line system will allow reservations during that period, but no more than 499 days in advance of your check OUT date.
