DH is still on the fence with the trip. One min he says book it now and for soon so I can stop hearing about it but he is a bit whiney about the whole trip anyway and I feel guilty pushing it.

Every year we go with a group of friends (mostly his friends) to the beach. Every year I suggest perhaps we could do Disney one year. He always said we would do it with the beach so he still got his trip. Now he is saying we can't do both (we have the money saved for both).

Anyway I have a trip on complimentary hold right now waiting for his confirmation.

I'm 90 days out today. Can I book dining? Not all of it but I really want to be sure we get Chef Mickeys and Akershus. The others I can be flexible but I really want those for the kiddos.

Of course I would cancel immediately if we don't book.

You can make ADR's at 180 days even without reservations. 90 days leaves you at spring break time and might have a hard time making reservations as it is. As long as you cancel what you don't use, make them while you can.

Anyone, no matter where they stay - even local residents - can book dining reservations within 180 days.

The booking window is 180 days now, not 90, so you need to try booking right away to see if you can still get into the popular restaurants like Chef Mickey's.
