Making reservation in another name? Not renting.

Hi - need some help. My son and some friends will be going to WDW as their senior trip this summer. However, he will still be 17 at the time. Can I make the reservation in his friends name who will be 18 and can she be the one who checks in for the group? They are good kids and decided to go to WDW instead of the local beach resort with every other senior in our area.

Can someone give me some direction as to what I need to do?

You need one person who is 18 who can be named as the first and main person on the reservation who will have overall responsibility for the room check-in and charges to room and that person can be anyone from the group. The risk you obviously face if you have only one 18 year old is that if that person has to bow out, the whole reservation will have to be cancelled.

Do like us. Go along on the trip and chaperone. We're getting a GV at OKW for seven nights.
