Making payments on MDE--help!

Can't find anywhere on MDE to make a payment! I know I did it for our trip last September, but I don't see a payment button anywhere. Help and thanks!!

Um, as far as I know you can't...never have been able to. I don't think you can even see your balance for that matter.

I don't know if you can do it on the MDE app, but you can definitely do it the PC. Sign in to MDE and pick my reservations and tickets.

In the Disney Resort Hotel Information section, my MDE shows that my trip next week is fully paid and my trip in October has a balance, what the balance is, and there's a blue link to 'make a payment.' It's right above the 'view details !' line

Same thing here - I went through the Disney website, MDE, reservations and tickets and they are there....with no option to pay them. I called a number I found through the help site and was able to make a payment over the phone through a nifty fully-automated system, though.

No idea if it was a glitch the balance won't appear or if it had anything to do with booking by phone. All my past trips were booked online and I never had the same issue, but they were also all pre-MDE.

Are you the one who made the reservation? I know that my friend going with me, who is on the reservation, can not make a payment online. She would have to make a call to make a payment.

If it's room only you can not make payments online nor can you see your balance online. You can only call to do both

Packages you can pay online. Not sure if you can see the balance or not.

I only have a room only ressie so I haven't seen what exactly is there for a Package.

I only know it can be done online because I called to inquire about payments for myself.

Ahh.. that explains it.. I have a package and I can see my balance and make a payment.

I just wanted to comment that sometimes it takes the page some time to load your balance or show that you have any sort of package (which will be under "My Reservations.") I agree that there should be some sort of simple "pay my bill" button.
