Making Online Payments??

Does anyone know if you can make payments on-line if you made your reservation over the phone? If so how? When I pull up our reservarion I don't see any link to make a payment.

My sister tried this too and finally called CRO and asked. The cm told her the only way you can make a payment online is if you booked online as well. CRO will take payments over the phone, if that helps.

I just finished paying for our trip on-line even though I booked over the phone. You need to make sure you enter your reservation # and your phone # as you agency # and it will say make payment and you just click on it and enter your info. I checked it afterwards to make sure it showed a 0 balance and it did.

I have also booked with CRO before and made an online payment. Just sign in and there should be a place that says make payment or something where you click.

I made one payment online, with no problems. I had made my original reservation over the phone. I also made my final payment over the phone. I just wanted to be sure of the amount, and felt more comfortable speaking with someone.

Why aren't my reservations showing on the WDW website? I have been checking for about 2 weeks now but nothing. They must have my right email address which is what I use to sign in with because they sent a reminder to it before my deposit due date. I want to see it online. LOL Anyone? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I made my ressies around the first of March and paid the deposits on March 15th and I still can not get mine to show up online. What is the problem??
