Went to my weigh in today. Down 4 lbs! I honestly thought I'd be up this week, afterall, I wasn't doing anything GOOD this week. I'd slacked off my exercising, and ate terribly. Hell, I'd had wings twice (and the 2nd time I thought I was going to be sick...) but I digress, I did lose the weight, and I feel great knowing that I've taken off, and I'm not plateaued. I'm down 1/4 the weightloss challenge that I've partaken in and WHEE! I feel good.
Now I'm going to push the exercising thing. I will do what I say I'm going to do. Keep me in your thoughts, and please, send me encouraging words. Thanks so much everyone! I know you can do it. I'm living proof.
