Well here I am getting ready for another fun filled trip to the Magical World of Disney. Last year, I took my 4 kids on a trip to the world and have successfully bagged another trip for this summer.

I was on a solo mission last year , DH could not make the trip. This year he is going. It will be his first trip ever. I am excited for him. He is excited too, but ya know that macho thing takes over and he doesn’t want to show it. The reason I was able to bag another trip was because we found out my son could compete as a junior again this year at the U.S. Open Martial arts Competition. Boy was I excited. OMG, where do I start. Last year we only had to buy 4 tickets, this year we add 2. Will be able to afford this? ( Heck yea. I will eat beans and potatoes ) so anyway I started planning this trip in November and decided that I would make some big changes from last year. Now don’t get me wrong, we had a BLAST last year, but we were un prepared for alot of things. This years trip would be the trip of the ADR’s, the note card itineraries, and the leave no stone unturned plan of action. LOL So here I go on my merry way planning and trying to think of every possible scenario. In my mind everything is going along swimmingly. Birds are chirping. flowers are blooming , “aaaahhh, aah ahh” *clears throat*. Just so darn like a Disney movie it was un believable, too good to be true.

(Thunder clouds and rumbling sky) I get a phone call mid January. It is my brother, he starts asking me about my plans for Disney, and when and where, and how long. *HMMM, me thinks he is up to something* Sure enough, he is online as we speak, checking out package plans for WDW...* HOLD THE PHONE* And in a flash of a cyber spark, and the buzz of powerful electronic devices , he had bagged himself and his family a trip to WDW. So you ask why is this a problem? Well, its not except that I have already made all our ADR’s for a party of 6, with them coming along that would make us a party of 11. Okay, that was a scenario I never took into consideration. Okay Sharon , Breathe..... breathe... in with the good out with the bad. Whoo Whoo Whoo. Okay so here we go trying to accommodate more people. I can handle this. I nursed twins, I run my husbands business, I DJ, I do photography. I can handle a few extra people on board. I can do it.

Again birds start singing, flowers start chirping and I keep on blooming. Things are kinda getting back to the original plan. (La, la, la, la laaaaaaa)

(Rumble in the sky ) Phone rings... Its my mom. “Hey, your brother called and said that we could go to WDW for XXX dollars. When, what, how long ? There’s another scenario that I didn’t think about. So much for the no stone left unturned plan of action. So here we are a big huge party of 13 on our merry way to WDW July 1-10th, with a staggering arrival and departure schedule for all of us.

Part 2.
CAST OF CHARACTERS:

Sharon, me AKA “Esmerelda” I will be the Ring leader of the group. I will make all the reservations and delegate responsibilities to other members of the group. I am a mom of 4, DS(17) , DTWINS (10), and last but definately not least my DD(2) . I have been married for 18 years and never ever looked back. I’m the kinda girl who likes to play with my kids and enjoy them while I can, they grow up too fast. I love Disney in every shape or form. Im usually the one behind the camera, so I will have to hunt for a photo of me.

DH,AKA “Eeyore” we will call him this because he tends not to get to terribly excited about anything. He goes with the flow and likes what ever you like. His favorite thing in life right now is his sweet princess, and watching Nascar on his new TV. He loves, loves, loves his DVR. Now Im pretty excited about the DVR too, because I can tell him. PAUSE IT AND LISTEN TO ME DEEEAAAARRR, he has no excuse to pretend hes not listening to me NAG, as he puts it. LOL I love this man with every ounce of my being. He works hard, and hes very talented.

DS(17),

AKA “Kuzco”, because as you all know he thinks HE is the cats meow. He visits the mirror as often as possible, of course he thinks he is ridiculously good looking. He makes me laugh, he makes me cry, he eats all the groceries in my house. Yea, he’s a typical teenager. He will be competing at the US OPEN MARTIAL ARTS COMPETITON while we are at the world.

DTWINS(10)

AKA “Pain and Panic” These two are my Disney boys. They love it as much as I do. These two little tornado’s keep me very busy. But I wouldnt trade them for anything. They are sweet and lovable with so many different things to offer. One is very witty and quick with his tongue. He comes back with the one liners like a pro. The other is a little more like TED from Bill and Teds Excelent Adventure. They love to watch The suite life of Zack and Cody. Dont all twins? lol.

DD(2)

AKA “The Princess” Her royal highness as we call her. She thinks that she is truly a princess. It doesn’t help that her Daddy thinks so too, he built her this amazing bed when he found out we were having a girl.

After 3 boys, you better believe she gets WHAT EVER she wants, even when I use my better judgement and tell her no. I have 4 others giving me the look. You know the look, the one that says “Look at her, she wants it, she IS royalty after all.” Who woulda thunk it, that I would be the voice of reason when it comes to this one little girl.

And that my fellow DIS’rs, is my family. AND WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY!!!!

Glad you hoped aboard, hope you enjoy. I love talking to other moms of twins. How old are yours? Boys or girls? Dont you just love having two. I know my DH thinks im crazy when I tell him that I wish my DD was a twin. I love being a mom of multiples.

Next let me introduce the other members of my party.

Dmom, AKA Mary Poppins. We have never been on a vacation together. When I was growing up, my Mom worked several jobs to take care of us. Vacations were not in the mix. We are looking foreward to this one. I think anywayl. Lol

Andy, AKA Grumpy. He is a crazy guy. He never had any kids before he met my Mom and when they got married, he instantly inherited all of us, and grandkids. Lucky guy.. LOL. But he handles it good. I call him Handy Andy.

My DBrother, AKA Kronk. Hes a fun loving guy who loves kids and DISNEY. He has called me everyday since booking the trip. I think he is more excited then I am...No he couldnt be. That would just be crazy talk.

Here is a shortened list of his family. DWife. AKA Alice. Because she is always in wonderland. I think she has been haning out with the rabbit too long. Not really, she is alot of fun... I think. They have three children Cameron. AKA Peter Pan, Ireland AKA Tink, and Calahan, AKA Sleeping Beauty.

This should be fun. As you can see by my counter, I only have a little ways to go. I will get some photos uploaded and more on our crazy adventures in planning.

That is a fabulous picture of your DD, now i don't know if this is good or bad, but there is a little resemblance to the Olsen twins back in the pure days of Full House, but she is adorable, and what a bed!! Wowee! Shes a very lucky girl, can't wait for more

So now weve met the cast, on with the show as they say.

So far planning for this many people has not turned into as many clouds and thunder rumbles as I thought. Lets start with the resorts.

My 6 characters will be staying at CSR along with my Mom and her hubby. I stayed here last year and loved this resort. We also got a sweet deal on room rates. Now my DBrother and his family will be staying at POR. I am pretty cool with that.

Our ADR's include, 1900 PF, CP, CM,Ohana,HDDR,CRT, LTT,Tony's,PSB,H&V Fantasmic Pkg and Maya Grill. Of course since I am the ringleader of the group, I got to make all the ressies. I only wish I knew that they auto charged gratuity for a party of 8 or larger. I would have done the ressies differently.

Any how, we got them and we are ready to go.

Things Im looking foreward to most.

1. DH and his reaction to the most magical place on earth.

2. Experiencing WDW through the eyes of my DD.

3. Seeing my son compete.

4. Spending a holiday with my mom, brother and all our kids together with Mickey.

Well, I could probably make a list that would never end, but I must continue to get ready for the trip.

Sorry to take so long to post, wouldn't you know it I have had the worst summer cold . I have been in bed for the last few days trying to get over it and not give it to anyone else before our trip. That would surely stink being sick while at Disney. Anyway today is Monday and I at least feel well enough to get out of bed get something done. Yea. I look at my counter and I can hardly contain myself.

Okay so down to business.

We leave on Saturday evening and spend the night in Dallas for our 7am flight Sunday morning to MCO. I cant believe its almost here already. I will be running around all week trying to wrap things up.

My Mom and Dbro will be arriving on Monday July 2. We all have different arrival and departure days.

Here is our tenative schedule.

*Sunday July 1

Arrival at MCO 2:30
Check in to CSR and head to DTD

*Monday July 2
MK opening
Late Breakfast @ 1900 PF
Back to room for a rest and nap
MK for evening Dinner @ Ohana

*Tuesday July 3
Animal Kingdom Opening
Breakfast and Breakfastasaurus
continue to tour park for a few hours
Back for afternoon rest
MGM eveining touring Dinner @ H&V for fantasmic pkg. (I hope this dinner turns out okay. have read some bad reviews recently)

*Wed July 4
MK at opening (I know were crazy).
Stay at MK all day. Tony's for lunch, and LTT for dinner.
This is the day we ride what we can, shop and enjoy being with eachother in the happiest place on earth.

Epcot @ opening
Breakfast @ PSB
Afternoon break back at CSR
Epcot or MK for eveining fun
Dinner At WCC

NO PARK TODAY. COMPETITION DAY.. YEA GO KUZCO.

Mom leaves this morning

MK today for CRT breakfast ( this is a big suprize for the kids)
We havent decided if we will stay at MK or go to MGM this morning, it all depends on if we got to enjoy MGM fully. I heard it is a small park and doesn't take long. We will play it by ear this day.

Dinner is up in the air on this night. I wanted to do 1900 PF, but we are already doing that one the night before. I just cant think of anything special for DD other than that. I guess it will come to me sooner or later.

*Monday July 9

Breakfast at CP
Tour MK or Epcot and get in some good rides this morning
Head to room for some pool time
dinner at HDDR

*Tuesday July 10
I am not sure what we will do this day. It is morning EMH at MK, our flight leaves at 2:00. I was thinking we would go to EMH and stay at park till around 10:30 then head to hotel to catch DME for airport. Still unsure about this one. I dont know exactly the time factor. I will decide on this one when we get our packet to leave I guess.
