UPDATE HERE!!
Still Sunday at MK~
When I left off we were headed into Adventureland. Right after we walked over the bridge we saw that King Louie was out and the boys got in line with Tom while Abby and I found a shady spot to sit and wait. While they were waiting to meet Louie, Baloo came out to join them! Bonus!
Once we regrouped our plan was to go to

POTC

and get fast passes and then backtrack to ride the Jungle Cruise. When we got to Pirates there was a 10 minute wait so we basically walked right on! Woo hoo! Loving this walking right on business!
I loved this ride! The kids loved it too! Have you ever heard that this ride is haunted? I read on that secrets thread that supposedly the ride is haunted and that if you shout something 3 times when you take the dip in the dark that something will happen. Only I couldnt remember what you were supposed to yell!

Oh well
no ghosts for us ~ just a really fun ride through a movie that we all know and love!
After the ride we wandered through the gift shop ~ of course! The boys really wanted a sword but I really didnt want to carry them the rest of the day so we promised wed come back later on. When we came out of the shop there was a photopass guy taking pictures and he was just finishing up with 2 kids so we hopped in when he was done with them. Its a picture of the boys holding swords and through the magic of photopass, they are warding off Captain Hook. Its really cute!

But youll have to take my word for it because I havent ordered the CD yet! I will though and when it arrives I will do a bonus photopass update!
Next we headed back to the Jungle Cruise and found a 10 minute wait for that as well. I think we waited the full 10 minutes and maybe even a little more. While we were in line a woman asked me where I got my Im the Mom! Feel free to treat me like a Queen shirt. I proudly said I made it! She was impressed but also a little disappointed cuz she wanted one! Sorry sister!
Our cruise was fun, of course! I took a picture of our cute captain and she gladly posed for me.
This was our first time on this ride and I loved all the corny jokes!

I dont know if you hear the same jokes every time or what but there was one part where she said Hit the deck! and Evan and Owen did! It was really funny to see them come up and realize it was just part of the ride and I was relieved that it didnt bother either one of them to be a bit embarrassed! More Disney magic at work.
When we came off the cruise we stopped at an ice cream cart and got a treat. Evan, Abby and I had a mickey head bar. Owen had an itsakadoozie and Tom had a mickey ice cream sandwich. We found some benches to sit on and had our snack. Here are the boys enjoying their treat and wearing those ears I was telling ya'll about earlier. So cute!
While we were sitting there a pirate came out and started setting up for Captain Jacks show. We had a pretty good view so we stayed put and watched. Once all the passersby realized what was up though our view greatly diminished! When I was done with my bar I got up and walked over and snapped a couple pics.
When I got back to the bench and sat down I noticed I had some chocolate on my arm. Then I noticed I also had it ALL OVER THE FRONT OF MY SHIRT!

Nice
really nice. Nothing like having chocolate all over yourself out in public! We got out the tide stick and the oxy clean spray and the shout wipes (I was prepared!) and got to work on my shirt. I still cant believe it but we got it all out! That oxy spray is the BOMB! I found it next to the tide sticks at Target and I highly recommend it!
Once I was all cleaned up we mosied over to BTMRR and found a 30 minute wait so we got fast passes. We discussed what to do in the meantime and decided to ride the train all the way around the park and then use our fast passes. We got on the train and sat down and waited. And waited. And waited.

Finally one of the conductors said we were waiting for the parade and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and the ride around is something like 20 minutes and we just didnt want to waste that much time. So we got off and headed to Haunted Mansion figuring wed get fast passes for that as soon as we could, head back and ride BTMRR and then back to HM!

NO WONDER my ankle was killing me! We first had to visit a restroom so we went into the one just past HM, right near Peter Pan. When we got to HM there was a 5 minute wait! Yay!
I was a little worried the boys might be scared and I was right to be. As soon as they cut the lights in the shrinking room Evan started saying he didnt want to do it. Loudly.

And he continued to whine and started to cry when we were going to get into buggies. I took him and Owen by the hand and dragged them on! Yes, I know
mother of the year! I knew hed be fine though. He loves the movie! So I started pointing things out and making light of everything and soon he was fine and actually did enjoy the ride. Just so you know
he wasnt really crying and I didnt drag them on kicking and screaming ~ there was mild protest with trying to cry crying. I wouldnt have made them do something I knew theyd be terrified by. I knew once they got over the initial fright theyd be fine. And they were! By the end when the ghost appeared in our cart, and in the mirror it looked like I turned into the ghost, they were cracking up laughing! We walked back outside and they were walking a little taller because they were so proud of themselves! We also found a hundred or so people in line! It pays to ride during a parade!
We then went back to use our fast passes on BTMRR. What a blast that ride is! So much fun! We all loved it and vowed wed ride it again at
MVMCP. By now I was in some serious pain though. We thought it was a good time for me to sit so we headed to the train again. We got on and rode it all the way around. Along the way Tom and I decided we would call it a day, knowing that we were coming back for the party on Tuesday and also because Gramma was due to join us sometime this evening. We got off at the main gate, headed out and caught a ferry just in time back to the TTC. Tom was telling the boys that Uncle John wants to retire and move to WDW and be a ferry boat captain. They thought Uncle John has a good plan! We were back in the car at 4:00.
As we were driving out we somehow missed a turn or something because we saw this AGAIN!
I have no idea how we ended up where we did but we got an unplanned tour of downtown Celebration and somehow came out just north of our condo. It was almost a quarter of 5:00 and the kids were hungry. We ate an early dinner at Applebees. I ordered a Bahama Mama, I think, and pretty soon the waitress comes out with two of them. She said, Here are your drinks. I said, Okay, but I only ordered one! She tells me it is 2 for one night! I comment to Tom that I cant drink both of those. HA! I left that place with 2 Bahama Mamas sloshing around my belly and feeling no pain.
We headed back to the condo and chilled out watching TV ~ all of us in different rooms! Tom went down to lobby to see when we might be able to get our wireless connection in the room. I also took a few calls from my mom telling us how she was coming along on her drive over. When she got close I was trying to talk her into where we were and she was getting very annoyed with me. Tom took matters into his own hands and went downstairs and flagged her down. The kids were so excited to give her the grand tour and she was just as impressed as we were!
YAY!

Grammas here! Next up
Animal Kingdom and my moms first dose of Disney magic!
