Just wanted to report that they seem to have a better handle on things this year. I called both the FEST and DINE numbers. I actually go through on the FEST line first. The girl I spoke with was a little out of practice after not doing this for a year (and so early in the morning) but I got both events that I wanted. I started calling right before 7 and kept hitting redial. It was probably 7:01 before I got through and was put on hold. It was 7:21 when I was actually talking to a person and it took 6 minutes to complete both ressies. Good luck to everyone!
