thought I would tell you if you get a good deal on hamburg and you want to freeze one pound pkgs......for a good enough close to the real thing of hot sausage...
take one tablespoon of fennel smooshed up
one half teaspoon of red pepper flakes
one half teaspoon of cayenne pepper
and a half table of garlic power
mix in your burger and this is as
close to getting hot sausage crumbled
up as you can get......
supper is going to be good tonight
I boil the chicken and then remove the skins
of the chicken thighs and then throw them
in the sauce as it simmers all day..this is good stuff
