Making/Changing Reservations in Person?

What locations can you can interact with DVC Member Services in person on site at WDW Resort? I have a window of time I have to make changes and it would be so much better to do it "in-person".
Lobby desks? DVC Center in Boardwalk or Springs? etc?

The DVC people at the resort can not do anything. They do not work for MS and thus, can not help with making or changing reservation. Online or phone is the only way.

Just curious, can the reps in the Epcot lounge do this? During our welcome home call they mentioned that the ones working upstairs could “do anything” a rep could do over the phone….

My understanding is no as I was there once and was discussing searching for a room. No one offered to help.

But, that was in 2020…maybe things are different now, so I guess one would/could ask?

I don't think any of the folks you'll see at the parks or resorts at Disney are actually Member Services.

They specifically said Member Services. That said, I am sure we were told incorrect info.
