Since the Rainforest Cafe in Disney's Animal Kingdom takes priority seating, I was wondering if my family & I decide to eat there for lunch when we are there in August is it best to make a priority seating just incase or, can you usually walk in there with no problems?

We ate there back in February for lunch with ADR. I would highly recommend doing that because lines were long for people with no reservations.

Does everyone else feel the same way, because I remember being there 2 yrs ago in the month of August & to me the restaurant was not busy at all. Anyway if we do make an ADR is best to call 407-WDW-Dine, or have the Cast Members at the Atrium Club in the Contemporary do it for us?

We've always encountered a crowd for lunch (and we've been in August). We usually go for an early lunch (11:30am) and typically don't wait with the ressie, but when we leave, the line is a mess.

Well based on the responses I got then I will tell my Dad to make an ADR for the Rainforest. Besides better to have it, then to wait for a table when we could eat at a counter service restaurant in the Animal Kingdom, or seeing the various attractions.
