Last night we just finalized plans to go to WDW with another family at the end of July. :thumbsup2 There will be 10 of us. I've never made ADRs for a group this size. Do I have to call to make these ADRs or can I still do them online for a party this size?

2nd question.....We haven't decided if we are doing the dining plan yet, and if we do, which one we will use. Does that matter when making the ADR? Can it be noted on the ADR/modified later? We've never used the dining plan either!

Thanks for your help! :)

I made ADR's for our extended family group of 9 back in December. I did not have any issues getting online reservations for the times I wanted. I was sitting at the computer at 5 am CST to be sure I got everything. I even made split reservation for CRT for DSIL and Biergarten for my family for the same time. I found out in order to make two reservations at different places I had to make DSIL first and made her the lead on it, then made the other one with me as the lead. Tried to make mine first, and it wouldn't let me make hers, it said I already had one. Had to cancel mine and do hers first

Sometimes it depends on the restaurant. I was able to make my ADRs online for my party of 10 for all restaurants except Citrico's and Flying Fish. Those two I had to call directly.

You will be able to make the reservations online for most restaurants. In some cases you might have to call the restaurant especially if it doesn't have a 10 top table.

The dining plan is a form of payment when you are at the restaurant so it won't matter when making ADRs. The only exception is you will have to fully pre-pay for CRT and the dinner shows if you book them without a dining plan. If you add a dining plan to your package later you can call to modify your reservation or wait until you pick up your dinner show tickets or eat at CRT to be refunded if you decide to use dining credits.

Thanks for your help! :)
