Making ADR question

Arriving July 14th with just DD and I and have a studio booked for 1 night. Moving to 2bdroom on the 15th when DH and other DD join us. The studio is booked on cash so it has a different confirmation number then the 2bdroom (hoping waitlist will come thru). My question is tomorrow is my 90 day for the 1st night, can I book all my adrs for seven days with that first confirmation #?

Yes, just have both reservation numbers on hand and tell the CM your situation. They'll link them together.

I was able to do what you're asking a few weeks ago, but there's been quite a few posts lately (can't remember if they were here or in the DVC forums) where people were told by CMs that they couldn't do that. If the first one says "no," I'd call back and try to get a different answer.

I agree, some folks have done it easily (like in the past), while others have not been able to do it. I'll be trying this Sunday for my split stay ADRs for mid-July. I'll post back my success or lack of success.

I think it's going to depend on the CM you speak with and how agreeable and knowledgable he/she is. I've read a lot of posts on many sites that say yes, you can or no, you can't. I have a split stay like yours coming in October. When I called to give my flight info, I asked the CM if I could do 90 + 10 on a split stay and she said yes.
Guess I'll have to wait and see. Let us know how you make out.

Thanks for the replies! Ofcourse my big one is LeCellier on the 15th, which I think will be ok under the studio confirmation since technically I will still be in the studio on the 15th until 11am. I can call for the others on Thursday.

I am a CM and work the dining line. I can tell you that you would need to call back and you will not be able to make all your reservations based on your first resort reservations. The system will only allow us to make reservations during the time that you are here. So if you check in the 14 and check out the 15th we would only be able to make adr's for those two days. Then when you call back 90 days from the 15th we will be able to make the rest of your reservations. I hope that makes sense!!

You may have been able to do it in the past, but technically we were not supposed to. Now, we can't even if we wanted to with the new system.

I was on the phone at exactly 7am this morning and got right thru to Rochelle, very nice CM. Asked for LeCellier for the 15th (which is 90 days tomorrow) and could only get 4pm or 8pm for a party of 4. Took the 4pm and made one other adr for the 14th. Dining is not able to book the rest of my stay because I have a split stay moving on the 15th to the 2bdroom. Will be calling again tomorrow.

- Check for more dinner times for your previous ADR on the 15th. I'd be curious to know if more times open up at the 90 day mark. Several have reported that they hold times and not all times are available at the 90+10 mark. Good Luck!!

Just called this morning at 7am got right thru and was able to score a LeCellier for party of 4 at 5:55. Cancelled 4pm adr. Today is 90 days so if they don't hold back tables then I got extremely lucky.

I called this morning for my split stay and had no problem making my reservations for my entire trip based on my first reservation. I was nervous after reading all of the current post. It was not an issue at all. We check into the AKV on July 18 and move to the WLV on July 19. So I called today based on my July 18th checkin. The CM took my reservation number and confirmed our stay and I made my first ADR and then asked if I could make the rest and she said absolutely. I made my entire week. Having a split stay was not an issue and the computer system worked perfectly. She made them all and took my cc info for my Cali-Grill reservation and then gave me all of my confirmation numbers. I was on hold about 4 minutes. I called at 7:02AM and was done by 7:30AM. I booked:
