Making a stich shirt request PLEASE HELP

Hello Crafty DIS people
I have a request. My youngest son (5) is a HUGE fan of Stitch and my husband would like a shirt created just for his breakfast with Stitch. I am so sure there is someone (probably lots of DISers) who can create this. PLEASE
