Is there someway to have a flower arrangement waiting in the room when you check-in. If so, what do I need to do and how far in advanced. Thanks ya'll.

I used www.disneyflorist.com to have welcome baskets waiting for my DD, parents (first-timers) and in-laws last year. They were great! I did fruit and chocolate for the parents, but they have lovely floral arrangements, as well. I remember, though, that they can't guarantee what time of day they will be delivered, but they do guarantee the day you want. Last year, we checked in at 11 am, but our rooms weren't ready until about 3 pm, and the baskets were waiting for everyone in their rooms when we got up there. I would definitely recommend them.

I would think twice about arranging for them to be there in the room at check in. Until you have checked in that room can be assigned to anyone. Someone else make get your surprise. You could have the desk hold the flowers until you check in and then they could place them once you head out to the parks.

My last couple experiences with this is that they will no longer place items in your room until it's been assigned to you at check-in, and you also must be there to have the items delivered. Guess there's been too many mess-ups.
