Making a DVC Reservation for family member

We want to make a DVC reservation for my brother at OKW. I am looking for details as to what I need to do. I told him I need answers to the following questions, when do they want to go? DDP for all or part of the trip? Do they have any location requests such as HH or first floor? What other information do I need? They will need a 2 bedroom to take the family.

How do I make the reservation in his name? We are not planning to go on the trip. If he wants the DDP, since you have to pay when you make the reservation, can he book DDP directly?

What else do I need to know to make a reservation for him?

I do realize that if he cancels the trip, then those points would be like any cancelled reservation.

I have tried to search the forums, but could not find any information.

i just made a ressie for my niece and needed to provide names for ressie, snail mail addy of guests, tele no. for guest, location to send confirmation.

was told if i wanted to add dining plan or leave credit card no. for her use i could call a couple of days before their arrival.

You would have to make all the arrangements, your brother cannot do anything directly.

HH is a booking category, not a request. First floor would be a request.

I had the same experience when I made a reservation for my niece. The CM was very nice and helpful.

Thank you for the information. I did not think about having all of his phone number and address information in front of me.

At this point, I do not know if he knows who will be joining them. It will be all adult children. But if the kids are not coming, we can always join them.
