I am planning to use Beaute Speciale and trying to decide if I should do airbrush makeup or regular makeup. Any advice? Anyone done the airbrush? Can you give a yay or nay?

I used the airbrushing for my trial and really liked it.

Then the day of the wedding, the stylist forgot to airbrush and my mind was elsewhere that she was out the door before I remembered so I didn't end up using it for my actual wedding. I was still happy with the makeup application throughout the day. My makeup was on by 7am and final photos for the day were taken at 7pm so for 12 hours, my makeup held up.

If you have the extra money to spend and ** you remember** to have it applied - I would say go for it.

If you don't feel like splurging because you have done so already in many other planning aspects, your makeup will be fine.

Hope that helps!

I agree. I think no matter which way you go, your makeup is going to stay on all day. I just preferred having airbrush makeup because I wanted a natural, no-makeup look. I also have cadaver-pale skin, and it's hard to find a foundation that matches, so the sheerness of the airbrush makeup made it blend better.

We had BS and 6 of the 12 girls had airbrush and those that did not had a spray on makeup sealer that the girls applied but everyones makeup stayed on all day/night. I personally could not tell the difference at all. They do a beautiful job with the makeup. The airbrush is just the face makeup foundation, not the eyes so I'm not sure its worth the extra money if you are trying to cut back. Its nice to use the eye lashes too, they all looked gorgeous! Good luck

I use a tempt at home for my own makeup usually for evening not everyday. But I would say go with the airbrush it lasts and lasts.

I had airbrush makeup done and I loved it. Very natural looking, and lasted all night long. Which is saying something because I was dancing like crazy. Lol. I was moh at my sisters wedding, and my sister also had it done. We loved it and deff recommend it!

:)

I used airbrush with patricia Lejeune and was very happy with it. I have pretty clear skin and never wear makeup, but the airbrush made me look like a doll! my skin was flawless and beautiful!

It wasn't an upcharge because her base fee was $60. I don't know what her fee is now, I got married in June 2010.
