Make sure your address and email are correct everywhere Disney for a travel discount

I just called WDW Travel Co to see if I had a discount code or I was lucky enough to be red flagged for a discount. I want to book a trip, but I can't do it without a really good deal. I was following the other thread that is now closed with regards to getting a 40% discount or similar deal.

Through everyone's great advice I updated my profile on Disney internet; so, I would be ready to receive an email resort discount, if given. Then I called WDW Travel to check for a deal; they had an old email address and an old address; so, I would never be able to get a deal with them. I just updated my info with them.

I don't have a discount code yet, but I'm posting to let everyone know these Disney Travel places are not connected to each other and they don't share their info with one another. It's not a common database, at least, not for me.

I've done everything I could at this point like ordering the new DVD, etc. I'm waiting to be one of the lucky ones. Maybe, Visa will come through for us with a code shortly.

I also had to update old info. I hope it will help my chances of getting a code. The CM I spoke with also said if you check the box online that says dont send me anything from disney or its affilliates when you are getting your planning dvd that that will also prohibit disney from sending you discounts.
