Make A Wish trip and CRT

Do any of you who have been on a trip from Make A Wish know if they will assist in securing a reservation at CRT?

How does it work if the party is larger than that on the Wish trip?

SIL, her DH, and their 4 DDs are the ones on the wish trip.

Me and DH are going as are MIL and FIL but we are on our own tab.

We all want to go to CRT.

As far as I know you are responsible for making your own ressie's for any meal. MAW or GKTW has no "clout" as to securing reservations meaning Disney doesn't hold back ressies at any of their restaurants for Wish families. As most people call at exactly 180 days prior( I think this is still the timeframe) for CRT you'd want to be on the phone then too. If you can't get something there and want a princess interaction, the Princess meals at Norway are a great option as well as the dinner at 1900 Park Fare.---Kathy
